By accessing and using nxroam ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on nxroam's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

4. Booking and Payment

• Payment is processed through our secure payment system
• A platform service fee of 10% is applied to each booking
• Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and vary by listing
• Refunds are subject to the host's cancellation policy

5. Host Responsibilities

As a host, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your space
• Maintain your space in a safe and habitable condition
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and issues
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the host's property with respect
• Follow all house rules and guidelines
• Leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Respect the maximum guest limit

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

nxroam acts as a platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the condition of listed properties, the conduct of users, or any disputes that arise between hosts and guests. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
